LISTENING SESSION – Hospice Informal Dispute Resolution, Special Focus Program and Provider Enrollment Proposals

Tune into the NAHC and NHPCO listening session on the proposed CY 2024 Home Health rule. This is an opportunity for providers to share their comments, questions, and concerns on the Informal Dispute Resolution (IDR), Special Focus Program, and new provider enrollment updates.

Some long-awaited hospice proposals are part of the CY2024 Home Health Proposed Rule – special focus program, informal dispute resolution, and provider enrollment changes.  These proposals are intended to address hospice quality of care and hospice program integrity concerns.  Your feedback is valuable in informing NAHC’s comments.  Please join NAHC and NHPCO in a joint listening session.
